Join Katie D for a journey into the world of ballet with our Ballet Basics – 6 Week Series! This workshop is designed for those eager to explore the graceful art of ballet and learn more about the fundamental techniques.

Throughout this workshop, participants will work towards mastering the essentials of ballet, including:
Ballet Barre: Gain strength and flexibility through a series of structured exercises at the barre.
Floor Work: Enhance your technique with various movements and positions on the floor.
Choreography: Experience the joy of dance by learning and performing simple ballet sequences.

This workshop series offers a wonderful opportunity to improve your physical fitness while indulging in a fun and creative activity.
